This is a message to all of my Light Elemental students. We have a new member of staff joining us, and he will be taking over your class for one week of every month. Please make sure to welcome him warmly, and treat him with the same respect that you would me. I'm sure that if you have any questions, you can direct them to Mr Tenkai or myself.

Thank you to my students for coping well during my absence. I hope that it did not cause a set back for any of you. That said, my Light Elemental students, we will be having a series of hands on lessons for the next few weeks, so make sure to rest up well before class.

I have also made a list of the students in both of my classes. If you are not listed, or are in the wrong place, then let me know and I will amend them.

My uttermost apologies to my students, but I will not be attending my classes from tomorrow until the end of the week. It appears I still have yet to overcome my illness, but I will most certainly return on Monday. I've given the substitute teachers some work for you to do, so we will be carrying on in a similar vein.

If you have any questions pertaining to the work, then if you ask, I will do my very best to respond. Again, I apologise. It does not make for a good start to the year, I admit.

This is a greetings to my new students. My name is Remus Lupin, and I will be taking over the classes for History of Magic, and Light Elemental. I like to get to know my students, so if you could comment here to introduce yourselves to me, it will be much appreciated. I would also like to get to know the rest of you as well, I can see already there are a lot of talented young men here at Dusk Academy.
